Starfathom Ads Manager

Starfathom Ads Manager is an internal command-line tool and reporting dashboard currently being developed by STEFANCHO LABS, the studio that publishes mobile apps under the Starfathom name. It is intended to reduce repetitive console work when we advertise our own apps.
This site is the homepage for Starfathom Ads Manager, the application shown under that name on the Google sign-in and consent screen. The planned application is registered by STEFANCHO LABS and is being designed to connect to the studio's own Google Ads account through the Google Ads API.
Development status
The project is currently at the design and API-access preparation stage. The production tool has not yet been implemented and does not currently retrieve, change, or store production Google Ads campaign data. Development and testing will proceed after the required API access is approved.
What it will do
The planned tool will manage Google Ads App campaigns for the apps we publish. It is designed to:
- create and update App campaigns and their daily budgets;
- manage ad groups and the text, image, and video assets used by App ads;
- let the operator configure supported settings such as target CPA or ROAS, language, and location, while Google Ads automates serving-level bidding and targeting;
- generate internal reports that combine Google Ads performance metrics with locally exported app analytics such as installs and retention.
What data it will access, and why
Once implemented and approved, the tool will sign in with a Google Account that we own and use the Google Ads API to read and write campaign settings, budgets, ad assets, and aggregate performance metrics belonging to our own Google Ads account. This access is needed to create campaigns, review their results, and apply operator-approved changes without repeating the same work manually in the Google Ads web interface.
The tool will not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google service, and it will not access advertising accounts belonging to anyone outside the studio. It is not designed to store personal information about third parties. See the Starfathom privacy policy for the planned data-handling practices.
Who will use it
Only the owner of STEFANCHO LABS. The studio is a one-person business, so the planned tool will have one operator and no external users. It will not be distributed, sold, licensed, or offered as a service, and there is nothing here to sign up for. We will not manage Google Ads accounts on behalf of any other person or company.
